Buy-Moda. online do not ship to po boxes, apo/fpo, or freight forwarder addresses.

Standard ground shipping is complimentary for all orders. Expedited orders may incur additional fees and must be placed by 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 noon or on weekends will be processed the following Monday. For security reasons, all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Returns are free and easy. within the Continental United States of America. 

You may return the item(s) in its original condition (must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Sale merchandise must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

You will be provided with a pre-paid ups domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us. (please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the Continental United States of America .)
Custom or made-to-order items, and fragrances are a final sales only.

Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you. You may keep track of the return status through my return or with the ups tracking number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label.

Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to incremental import duties and taxes that are levied.

 

When placing an order with Buy-Moda. online, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes, and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge no included at the time of checkout. 

Buy-Moda. online prices are displayed in US Dollars, but all orders will be transacted in your currency by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase. excluding any taxes, duties, levies, or tariffs that may be imposed.

By ordering goods from this website, I hereby authorize a licensed customs broker chosen by the operator of the website to act as my agent and to transact business with the applicable border services agency to clear my merchandise, and account for applicable duties and taxes.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  EXCHANGE

At this time, we do not offer free returns on international orders.

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from the shipping date. Any merchandise received outside of the 30-day return window will be returned to the customer. We only accept returns and exchanges from our website.

To ensure that your exchange is processed accurately and in a timely manner, your return shipment should be in its original condition, in the original box, and with the completed form enclosed. Do not use the shoe box as your shipping box. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the packaging.
